StayUp may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you may cancel the subscription at any time without being charged.

2. Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the web dashboard.
• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Service provider in cases of:

• duplicate charges;
• technical errors resulting in inability to use the Service.

5. Payment Providers
